VOICES OF THE HOLOCAUST: is a dedication to the six million Jews killed during the Holocaust. It includes ballads from the ghettoes of Eastern Europe and anthems of survival and hope. An original melody, "I Am A Star", inspired by the words from Holocaust survivor, Inge Aurbacher, is a central part of this personal and moving tribute.SPANISH MUSIC FOR GUITAR AND VOICE features pieces by Federico Lorca and traditional Spanish folk songs. Accompanied by guitarist, Chris Zoumis, Irene celebrates both the classical Spanish and Sephardic heritage.THE JEWS OF ARGENTINA is a lecture and concert describing the situation of the Jewish community in Argentina. Based on her own experience and research into the history of Argentina, Irene gives people a sense of what it means to be a Jew in Argentina today. Important scenes in the story include exile from Europe, anti-Semitism, the Perons, and modern times.CANTATA EBRAICA is an intercultural concert of Judeo-Italian music. It includes "lost" musical treasures from the Jewish communities in Italy. In the words of one audience member, "(the) blending of the operatic and Jewish traditions was completely engaging."

William McBride is a co-director of the Interfaith Community of Long Island Religious Education Program. He has a Masters of Divinity from St. Francis School of Pastoral Ministry in Milwaukee , Wisconsin with advanced academic work in Hispanic Ministry through Incarnate Word College in San Antonio. He has spent several years working with immigrants. He trained for missionary work in Taiwan to work in a faith community integrating arts with spirituality. He is a co-founder of The International Arts Mission , a non-profit agency designed to bring awareness of universal peace and justice issues. He created an event called the "Olympic Celebration of the Arts" , a fund-raiser benefiting local and international peace networks. He has released a book entitled, Happiness in the Long Run; An ABC for Thriving Thru Life Marathons. A veteran of over 40 marathons and an Olympic hopeful in 1980, William integrates his experience as a marathoner, scholarship as an Olympic historian , and personal faith to spread a message of creating a just society by pursuing excellence on earth as it is in heaven.
